TCXT Series tubular Magnet for grain cleaning, To remove steel impurity.

Working principle
The working pinciple of tubular magnet used in flour mill plant is as below: when the iron impurities in the raw material run around the magnet, the iron impurities are magnetized, and adhere on surface of magnet, thus the iron impurities in the raw material can be removed.

Permanent magnet: High quality stainless steel non-magnetic tube body has beautiful appearance. The equipment is configured with two magnetic tower which magnetic field are larger than 3500 GS. After through high-performance permanent magnets which was arranged specially, iron removal efficiency ≥ 99%.

No need for power: The magnetic tower is fixed on the door, and rotates out with the door which is facilitate to clean.
Block Ring: Permanent magnet surface also has a block ring. It can block iron impurity from washing away by material when the absorption of iron impurities is little.
